To help foster trust and rebuild relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities Deloitte created their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Each year they highlight the progress they’ve made and the steps they continue to take on this shared journey of reconciliation. To build awareness of Deloitte’s efforts in their journey of reconciliation and to inspire the rest of Corporate Canada to follow suit we created “The Path” and invited all to join.
