Alana is of mixed descent, a member of Fisher River Cree Nation, and British. As an intergenerational survivor of the residential school system, Alana has spent the last two decades re-connecting to culture, exploring and living her passion for advocacy and the global movement towards Truth and Reconciliation.
Alana has spent the majority of her life straddling two worlds, and through her lived-experience, delivers a truly unique perspective to client partners. Alana has consistently helped bring world-class brand portfolios to market at some of Toronto’s most prestigious advertising agencies. Championing the core disciplines of strategy, creativity and business acumen. Alana possesses an innate ability to engage an audience, forge relationships and bridge the gaps by connecting Indigenous worldviews and marketing insights. Whether creating social impact or delivering business results, Alana firmly believes that awareness inspires action.
